SEGURIDAD
23) No efectuar operaciones de mantenimiento, reparaciones o lubricaciones
con la máquina en movimiento salvo que lo indiquen las
correspondientes instrucciones. En caso de duda recurrir a personal
especializado.
24) Si tiene que efectuar operaciones de mantenimiento, con el motor en
marcha, solicitar la ayuda de un operador experto, capaz de mantener
bajo control el motor e intervenir en caso de necesidad.
25) No poner nunca el motor en marcha en ambientes cerrados ya que
los gases de escape son muy tóxicos.
26) Antes de manipular en cualquier componente de la instalación eléctrica,
desconectar el cable de masa de la batería.
27) No recargar la batería en presencia de llamas libres o en ambientes
cerrados. La ventilación tiene que ser adecuada para evitar explosiones
accidentales.
28) Antes de manipular sobre el circuito hidraúlico, se debe asegurar que
se ha descargado totalmente la presión del aceite del circuito.
29) Inflar los neumáticos con la presión indicada por el fabricante. La
comprobación de la presión se debe realizar con la máquina sin carga
y el neumático frio.
30) Jamás se debe utilizar el DUMPER bajo los efectos del alcohol ni
drogas de ningún tipo.
31) Utilice los medios de protección reglamentarios y homologados, que
precise para una seguridad en el trabajo (casco, protectores auditivos,
calzado, guantes, etc...)
NORMAS DE CIRCULACION POR CARRETERA
1) La circulación del vehiculo por las vías públicas está sujeta a las normas
vigentes del Reglamento General de Vehículos.
2) Antes de acceder a las vías públicas asegúrese del funcionamiento de los
mandos, luces y de la máquina en general.
3) Circular con la máxima precaución, cediendo el paso a los vehículos más
rápidos e indicando anticipadamente los cambios de dirección. Respetar
las señales y normas vigentes.
4) Para salvar obstáculos, bordillos, pendientes, etc., hacerlo de frente, nunca
transversalmente.
5) Para circular por las vías públicas es necesario llevar colocada la placa de
matrícula y portar la documentación de la máquina.
6) Al circular por carretera, es obligatorio hacerlo con el girofaro encendido
INCLUSO dentro de la zona de trabajo.
UTILIZACION
La máquina descrita en el presente manual ha sido fabricada exclusivamente
para un uso normal de carga y transporte en obras y servicios, cualquier otro
uso diferente al indicado se considera NO CONFORME a las normativas.
En dicho caso el fabricante no es responsable de los daños que pudieran
producirse. Solo el usuario será el responsable de los accidentes provocados.
También es obligatorio respetar, según las normas, las condiciones de
funcionamiento, mantenimiento y reparación establecidas por el fabricante.
Solamente las personas que conocen perfectamente la máquina y están
bien informadas sobre los peligros que pueden provocar, pueden utilizarla y
efectuar el mantenimiento y las reparacioones. En todo caso deben respetar las
normas vigentes de seguridad y circulación.
Cualquier modificación arbitraria hecha en la máquina excluye la
responsabilidad del fabricante por los daños que ello pudiera provocar.
ENTRETIEN
MAINTENANCE
1) DIRECTION (Fig. 13)
Au moyen de la barre (1) on peut régler l´alignement des roues arriére.
S´assurer que les écrous (2) et (3) sont toujours bien serrés.
IMPORTANT: Si on observe un jeu dans la rotule (4) ou si le soufflet en
caoutchouc est déchiré, REMPLACER la rotule.
2) FREINS DE SERVICE (Fig.14)
Pour régle le freinage dans chacune des roues, il faut retirer au préalable
le bouchon en plastique qui couvre l´orifice O dans la partie intérieure de
la roue et, au moyen d´un tournevis, faire tourner la roue dentée P, qui ajuste
le serrage du freinage.
Si malgré le fait d’avoir réglé les deux freins, on n´obtient pas un freinage
efficace ou si des bruits étranges se produisent en freinant, REMPLACER
les sabots des freins. Le circuit hydraulique des freins peut se purge au
moyen de la vis Q.
3) FREIN DE STATIONNEMENT (Fig.15)
Aprés avoir réglé le frein de service, on peut ajuster la commande du frein
de stationnement. Pour cela, voir les vis T(Fig.15)
Le levier du frein de stationnement doit bloquer les freins a partir de la
moitié de son parcours total.
4) EMBRAYAGE
Le parcours à vide que doit avoir la pédale d´embrayage avant de se
déconnecter, est d´environ 2cm. Régler le parcours de la pédale en fonction
de l´usure du disque, au moyen du tenseur T (Fig.11).

Ajuster l'alineation des roues arriéres et le tour de direction parmi les vis
1(fig. 21). Une fois reglé, arracher l'ecron 2. Si le jeu axiel du pont arriére
est excessif, réguler de la forme suivante:
a) Enléver la partie arriére du dumper pour laisser les roues en l'air.
b) Relâcher l'ecron 2 (fig.22) et ajuster le jeu axiel avec l'ecron 1 et
bloquer avec le ecron 2.
c) Une fois le reglage fait, vérifier que l'éssieu oscille librement.

1) STEERING (Fig. 13)
The rear wheels may be aligned by means of the bar (1). Make sure that
the nuts (2) and (3) are properly tightened at all times.
IMPORTANT: If wear is evident in hinge joint (4) or if the rubber bellows is
torn, REPLACE the hinge joint.
2) SERVICE BRAKES (Fig.14)
To adjust the brake in each wheel, first remove the plastic plug covering
orifice O located at the inner part of the wheel, then rotate the dented
wheel P by means of a screwdriver in order to adjust the braking action.
If efficient braking is not achieved after adjusting both brakes , or in the
event of noisy brakes, REPLACE the brake shoes. The hydraulic brake circuit
may be drained by means of screw Q
3) PARKING BRAKE (Fig.15)
After adjusting the service brakes, adjust the parking brake lever. This is
done through nuts T (Fig.15).
The parking brake lever is requierd to bolck the brakes halfway along their
full run.
4) CLUTCH
The tolerace allowed in the clutch pedal, prior to the clutch disconnecting
action, is approximately 2 cm. Adjust the stroke of the pedal by means of
tension member T (Fig.11) based on disc wear.

Serie DH-15 4WD
Adjust the lining up of the rear wheels and the turning of the steering with
the nuts 1 (fig. 21). Once adjusted, take the nut 2 out. When the axial play
of the rear axle results too excessive, adjust it operating as follows:
a) Lift the rear part of the dumper in order to leave the wheels free.
b) Loosen the nut 2 (fig. 22) and adjust the axial play with the nut 1
and lock it with the nut 2.
c) After adjusting it, check the axle oscilate free.

• NE PAS UTILISER D’ESSENCE OU D’AUTRES PRODUITS
INFLAMMABLES DANS LES OPERATIONS DE NETTOYAGE.
• REMPLIR LE RESERVOIR AVEC LE MOTEUR ARRETE ET LOIN
DE TOUTE SORTE DE FLAME LIBRE.
• LEVER LA MACHINE AVEC DES VERINS ADEQUATS
CONFORMEMENT AUX NORMES CONTRES LES ACCIDENTS
EN VIGUEUR.
ATTENTION
• DO NOT USE GASOLINE OR OTHER INFLAMMABLE LIQUIDS
DURING CLEANING OPERATIONS.
• WHEN REFUELLING, STOP THE ENGINE AND KEEP AWAY
FROM ANY TYPE OF FREE FLAME.
• RAISE THE MACHINE USING AN ADEQUATE JACK, IN
COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY RE4GULATIONS.
