PROTEGER CONTRE LA SOLUTION ACIDE. SI CETTE SOLUTION TOMBE
SUR LA PEAU, LAV ER AVEC L’EAUS EN ABONDANCE ET SI DES
IRRITATIONS SE PRODUISENT , CONSULTER UN MEDECIN.
• PENDANT LES OPERATIONS DE RECHARGE, RETIRER LES BOUCHONS
DES ELEMENTS.
8) Contrôler que les vis qui fixent les eléments principaux (roues, châssis, trémie
etc.) sont bien serrées
9) S’assurer que tous les éléments de commande, d’arret et de freinage
fonctionnent correctement.
RODAGE
Pour tout ce qui concerne le moteur, il faut suivre les indications contenues dans
le manuel d’utilisation et d’entretien de celui.ci
Quant à la machine, aucune instruction spécial n’est nécessaire, il suffit de
suivre de façon detaillée les instructions de ce manuel.

PRELIMINARY CONTROL
Before starting a new machine or after an extended out-of -service perior, proceed
as follows:
1) Check engine sump oil level (see engine maintenance manual).
2) Check differential and gear case.
3) Check hydraulic tank and brake fluid container oil levels.
4) Check tire pressure. Do not inflate tires with inflammable gases.
5) Check the refrigerating liquid level. To fill the level add only clean water
into the expansion tank (only in water cooled engines)
6) Check that there is fuel enoguh into the fuel tank.
INSTRUCTIONS D’ UTILISATION
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
When the fuel tank reserve indiicator lights up, stop the engine and refuel.
When the battery, oil pressure indicators light up, stop the engine and inform
the Technical Assistance Service
• WHEN WORKING CLOSE TO THE BATTERY, WATCH OUT FOR THE
ACID SOLUTION, IF SPILLED ON SKIN, RINSE WITH ABUNDANT WATER.
IN THE EVENT OF SKIN IRRITATION, SEE A DOCTOR.
• DURING RECHARGING, REMOVE THE BATTERY PLUGS.
8) Check that all mayor elements (wheels, chassis, hooper, etc.) attachment
screws are firmly tightened.
9) Check that all control, stopping and bracing components are operating properly
RUNNING-IN
In all aspect relating to the engine, follow the engine operation and maintenance
instructions in this manual.
No special instructions are needed for the machine. Simply follow closely the
instructions in this manual

7) Check battery charge
CONTROLE PRELIMINAIRE
Avant de mettre en marche une nouvelle machine our après une longue période
de repos, il est nécessaire de:
1) Contrôler le niveau d’huile dans le carter du moteur. (Voir le manuel
de’entretien du moteur).
2) Contrôler le niveau d’huile du différentiel et du boîte de vitesses
3) Contrôler le niveau d’huile dans le réservoir hydraulique et dans le réservoir
du liquide de freins.
4) Controler la pression des pneus. Ne pas gonfler les pneus avec des gaz
inflammables.
5) Controler le niveau de liquide de réfrigeration pour remettre le niveau remplir
seulement de l’eau net, dans le rèservoir d’expansion .
6) S’assurer que le réservoir du carburant a suffisamment de combustible.
7) Controler que la batterie est chargée:
Lorsque le pilote de réserve de combustible s’allume, arrêter le moteur et faire
le plein. Si le pilote de la boit de batterie, de la pression d’huile s’allume, arrêter
le moteur et prévenir le Service d’assistance

TIPO EN LA MAQUINA, HAY QUE LEER ATENTAMENTE
LAS INSTRUCCIONES Y LAS NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD.
-NO EFECTUAR OPERACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO,
REPARACIONES O LUBRICACION CON LA MAQUINA
EN MOVIMIENTO, SALVO QUE LO INDIQUEN LAS
CORRESPONDIENTES INSTRUCCIONES.
-SI SE TIENEN QUE EFECTUAR OPERACIONES DE
MANTENIMIENTO CON EL MOTOR EN MARCHA, HAY
QUE PEDIR AYUDA A UN OPERADOR EXPERTO, CAPAZ
DE MANTENER BAJO CONTROL EL MOTOR Y DE
INTERVENIR EN CASO DE NECESIDAD.
-NO PONER NUNCA EN MACHA EL MOTOR EN
AMBIENTES CERRADOS, YA QUE EL GAS QUE
DESCARGA ES MUY TOXICO.
-SI SE TIENEN QUE SOLTAR LOS GRUPOS DE LA
MAQUINA, HAY QUE ASEGURARSE DE QUE ESTEN
SOSTENIDOS POR EQUIPOS ADECUADOS.
-NO TRABAJAR NUNCA DEBAJO DE LA MAQUINA O
DE ALGUNA DE SUS PARTES, SIN QUE EL EQUIPO DE
SOPORTE SEA SEGURO Y CONFORME A LAS NORMAS
DE SEGURIDAD.
-DURANTE LAS INTERVENCIONES EN LA MAQUINA,
NO UTILIZAR NUNCA COMO MEDIOS DE ILUMINACION,
ENCENDEDORES, CERILLAS U OTROS MEDIOS DE
LLAMA LIBRE.
-LIMPIAR LAS PIEZAS USANDO EXCLUSIVAMENTE
DISOLVENTES COMERCIALES HOMOLOGADOS, NO
INFLAMABLES NI TOXICOS.
-LAS POSIBLES INTERVENCIONES EN LA INSTALACION
HIDRAULICA TIENEN QUE EFECTUARSE SIEMPRE
DESPUES DE HABER DESCARGADO COMPLETAMENTE
LA PRESION DEL ACEITE DEL CIRCUITO
-NO LLEVAR NUNCA VESTIDOS DEMASIADO AMPLIOS
CUANDO SE TRABAJE CERCA DE ORGANOS EN
MOVIMIENTO.
-CUANDO SEA NECESARIO UTILIZAR HERRAMIENTAS
ESPECIALES PARA EFECTUAR EL MANTENIMIENTO DE
LA MAQUINA, HAY QUE ASEGURARSE DE QUE SEAN
CONFORMES A LA NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD.
-NO REGULAR NUNCA LA BOMBA DE ALIMENTACION
DEL COMBUSTIBLE CON EL MOTOR EN MARCHA.
