First of all, make sure that your tractor's power (HP/kW) is sufficient to carry
the machine.
Before moving the vertical auger feed mixer, make sure that there is no one
around the machine. Please note that as the machine dimensions increase, blind
spots can occur for the driver. Consider these blind spots and be on guard.
After attaching the vertical auger feed mixer to the tractor, do not forget to
install a ring pin under the tow bar.
While carrying out mixing operation in the feed mixer reservoir, the machine
should be moved slowly.
You should not accelerate and brake suddenly while mixing the feed or
carrying the feed mixer.
Never exceed the capacity of the vertical auger feed mixer.
Strictly follow the speed labels printed on the vertical auger feed mixer.
While moving, avoid the pits, bumps etc. on the roadsides. Passing over such
obstacles can damage your machine.
Take care not to make sharp turns while moving.
Before you start moving, make sure that the signal lamps of the machine are
clean.
4.1.6 Proper Use and Maintenance of the
Tires of Vertical Auger Feed Mixer Machine
When performing any maintenance on the tires, place the tire chocks in front of
the tires of the vertical auger feed mixer and immobilize the machine.
Never rely on people who are not authorized to repair tires.
Use suitable hand tools for tire maintenance.
Always check the pressure of the tires and make sure to keep them at the
desired level.
When the machine is operated for a long time, check the tire temperature.
After the first operation of the machine, check the tightness of the tire studs
after each 1000 km of operation or once in every 6 months.
