4 USING THE MACHINE
4.1 PREPARATION OF THE VERTICAL AUGER FEED MIXER
FOR USE
4.1.1 Preliminary Information
Vertical auger feed mixer is delivered to the customer in ready-to-use condition. The
vertical auger feed mixer delivered to you passed the required quality control tests and
is legally approved. However, before you accept the delivery of your machine, please
operate it under the supervision of the dealer or manufacturer.
4.1.2 Control and Inspection Procedures of the Machine After Delivery
After the machine is delivered to the user, the user is responsible for performing the
visual and functional control of the vertical auger feed mixer. If you believe the
machine you received has any functional problems, contact the dealer or the
manufacturer's representatives immediately. Do not forget to request information and
training from the dealer or manufacturer representative about the general operating
principles of the machine you have purchased.
The accessories of the machine you ordered should be complete.
Make sure that the technical service personnel providing you with
information are competent on the subject.
While accepting the delivery, make sure that there are no problems
such as crush, puncture damage etc. on any part of the machine.
Check the air pressure of the tires and the tightness of the tire studs
and nuts.
Check the oil level of reducer and oil tank (if any).
Make sure that there is no damage on the towing hook.
Make sure that the platform's front glasses are not damaged.
If there is a problem in any of these components, inform the technical service and
request them to record the problematic parts in the delivery report.
Important
The dealer is obliged to carry out the initial operation of the
product.
