LAN Configuration

TCP/IP Parameter Configuration

With Telnet

Whenever a TCP/IP connection to the module is possible (TCP/IP parameters set 
by any method), the parameters may be altered by opening a Telnet session.

Open the system (DOS) prompt window by clicking the Windows 

Start

 button 

and select 

Run...

.

OR
Press the Windows button and 

R

 simultaneously, and click 

OK

.

Type the following into the 

RUN

 dialog box:

Telnet <IP Address>

•

Telnet <host name>

Where <IP address> may be the assigned address via the instrument, a 
configuration session using the Web interface of the default IP address

When the connection is established successfully, the module responds with
