General Problems

No response (completely flat baseline)

Temperature error as soon as instrument powered on

Data acquisition leads not connected

Ensure connectors to computer or integrator are 
securely connected.

Check LED or LASER intensity is 100 %.

•

Check LED or LASER is functioning correctly, 
by stopping solvent flow, cycling the power. 
Then reading the offset value in RUN mode 
should be below 130 mV.
