LAN Configuration
TCP/IP Parameter Configuration
TCP/IP Parameter Configuration
To operate properly in a network environment, the LAN interface must be
configured with valid TCP/IP network parameters. The parameters are:
•
IP address
•
Subnet Mask
•
Default Gateway
The TCP/IP parameters can be configured by the following methods:
•
by manually setting the parameters via the front panel of the detector,
•
by manually setting the parameters through the G7102A ELSD web-interface,
•
by manually setting the parameters through a Telnet session.
The module can be configured, via the front panel, to obtain an IP address
automatically or to use a static IP address (see
