Measurement Units
WGFMU - Waveform Generator/Fast Measurement
Unit
This section describes typical specification of the waveform generator/fast
measurement unit (WGFMU) and the remote-sense and switch unit (RSU) for
Agilent B1500A. Maximum five modules can be installed in one mainframe.
• Number of channels: 2 channels per module
• Function:
Voltage output and current or voltage sampling measurement with minimum
sampling interval of 5 ns
• Current measurement range: 1


• Operation mode: PG mode, Fast IV mode, or DC mode
• PG mode:
ALWG (arbitrary linear waveform generator) voltage output and voltage
measurement (VFVM).

• Fast IV mode:
