MAINTENANCE
Warning! Do not clean, adjust or service when
machine is in motion.
•
All hydraulically or mechanically elevated
components must be blocked to prevent
accidental lowering or must be lowered to the
ground when adjustments or repairs are made.
•
Never use your hands to locate a hydraulic
leak. Use a piece of wood or cardboard.
Hydraulic fluid escaping under pressure can
penetrate the skin causing serious injury.
•
Openings in the skin and minor cuts are
susceptible to infection from hydraulic fluid. If
injured by escaping fluid, see a doctor at once.
Without immediate medical treatment, serious
infection can occur.

A - Check for wear and damage, replace as
necessary.
B - Check for cracks, wear and leaks, replace as
necessary. Check hose routing to be sure the hoses
are not kinked, twisted or rubbing on sharp edges.
C - Check for leaks. tighten as necessary. Replace
packing kit in cylinders as necessary.
D - Check tires for proper inflation.
E - Be sure the warning lights work properly. Check
that the harness is not worn or rubbing on sharp
edges. Replacement bulbs are: #1156 (amber),
#1157 (red).
