4.1.7 Dismantling and repair for the gantry axis
The client determines whether this is still under warranty, the module
falls.
- If so, it sends the module to the company Afag Automation AG for repair.
When modules themselves can be repaired?
After expiration of the official warranty many wear parts (timing belt) can be
replaced by the customer himself
. He orders the right timing belt from the
manufacturer according to the information in the chapter: timing belt
replacement part of the contract or purchase order.
NOTE
Other parts are defective module exclusively by the company Afag
Automation AG exchanged!
Afag offers a reliable repair service.
Note that Afag no guarantee of modules can take over, not by
what the company Afag Automation AG have been repaired.
CAUTION
The expansion of the gantry axis PDZ of a system may only be
used when the controller is secure.
Disconnect the cable only when the exclusive control.
CAUTION
Use caution when installing the PDZ gantry axis so that the
fingers are not pinched!
Heavier PDZ gantry axis must using a device on or expanded.
