4.1.3 Toothed belt spare part

The toothed belt of the gantry axes is made of highly resistant polyurethane
elastomer with steel cord reinforcements. This toothed belt guarantees high stiffness,
minimum expansion and freedom from play. In addition, this toothed belt material
causes no abrasion and is maintenance-free. Tensioning is not necessary. A
constant belt tension is guaranteed after a short running-in period.
The toothed belts are not covered by the warranty.
The toothed belts are declared as wear parts.

4.1.4 Replacement toothed belt:

Advise the company Afag Automation AG of the axis type and the maximum axis
stroke for the order. The belts are then cut to this axis type at Afag.
