Aeroworks 60cc Freestyle Extra 260 Assembly Manual

9. Finished inner SFG mounting shown below.

6. Slide the bottom inner SFG in place, ensuring

that the top SFG’s mounting tab keys fit into the
matched slot in the lower SFG.

7. Secure the inner SFG’s with a 4-40 bolt and

bonded washer as shown below.

8. Repeat inner SFG mounting steps for the re-

maining wing.

10. Locate the pre installed blind nuts at the tip of

the wing and remove covering from location for
the mounting bolts.

11. Mount the outer SFG using the supplied 6-32

mounting bolts and #6 bonded washers. Repeat
outer SFG mounting steps for the remaining
wing.

12. Using similar mounting method used for the

wing inner SFG mount the stab inner SFG. Use
the supplied 4-40 mounting bolts and #6 bonded
washers.
