Aeroworks 60cc Freestyle Extra 260 Assembly Manual

5. Mount the tail wheel steering tiller using two

wood screws.

3. Align rudder tiller steering arm with pre drilled

mounting holes at bottom of rudder.

4. Apply a drop of thick CA to the tiller arm

mounting screws before inserting in the pre-
drilled holes.

6. Align the tail wheel with pre drilled mounting

holes on the bottom of the fuse.

7. Place a drop of thick CA on tail wheel strut

mounting screws before inserting in the pre-
drilled mounting holes on the bottom rear of the
fuse.

2. Tape the rudder balance tab to the top leading

edge of the vertical fin in the neutral position as
shown. This ensures the rudder is straight when
the tail wheel and springs are attached.
