Aeroworks 60cc Freestyle Extra 260 Assembly Manual

TUNED PIPE INSTALLATION

2. Two exhaust mounts have been provided with

your kit. One has an inside hole diameter of
65mm while the other has a diameter of 60mm.
The 60mm mount will be used for the tuned pipe
installation

3. Remove the radio tray floor from inside the fuse,

floor is held in place by (4) Phillips head screws.

Note:

If floor will be left outside of fuse for an

extended period of time it is recommended

that it be weighted down on a flat surface to

prevent warping.

4. Remove front exhaust tunnel hatch of fuselage.

5. Use a sealing iron to ensure the covering is

bonded to the bottom of the fuse frame around
the pre cut hot air exit holes.
