17. Template taped to bottom of cowl with air
scoop relief cut out. This will allow template
to fit flush with cowl.
18. Mark cut locations for exhaust stack exit holes.
Note:
Take care and test painted areas prior to
using any type of paint remover, rubbing
alcohols or cleaners to remove any pen lines
19. Use a rotary cutting tool and sanding drum to
cut the exhaust stack exit holes as needed.
20. If necessary using a Dremel drum sander, cut
cowl ring to clear engine ignition pickup. Take
care not to cut away to much and weaken the
cowl ring.
