Figure13-10 Replace J5 shaft reducer grease
The replacement process is as follows:
1.
Run the manipulator as shown in Table 13-2.
2.
To prevent danger, turn off the power
。
3.
Remove the grease outlet plug, as shown in figure 13-9
4.
Remove the sealing screw of grease outlet and Grease Injection, as
shown in fig.13-10.
5.
From grease injection to oral grease, until the specified amount of new
grease is added.
6.
Install the sealing screw and apply sealant.

The replacement process is as follows:
1.
Run the manipulator as shown in table 13-2.
2.
To prevent danger, turn off the power.
3.
Remove the grease outlet and grease injection plug, as shown in figure
13-11
4.
From grease injection to oral grease, until the specified amount of new
grease is added.
