Strength of chemical bolt is subject to the strength of concrete. Therefore,
the safety shall be fully considered according to the design guidelines of
manufacturer before the construction.
The names and specifications of parts required to fix the manipulator are as
shown in

mounting bracket of robot and the manipulator and concrete.

Bracket shall be firmly installed on the ground with the strength not less
than the fixing strength between the fixing plate of robot and the ground
for the ground fixing (mode 1).
Ground fixing
Ground fixing process (mode 1) is as follows:
1.
Hold the fixing plate of robot close to the mounting surface and secure it
with 8 piece M20 chemical bolts (strength not less than Grade 4.8).
2.
Install the manipulator base on the fixing plate with four M20X40 bolts
(Grade 12.9).
