Establishing
Power to Analyzer
Once the power to the electronics is established, the digital display responds instantaneously. When power is applied,
the analyzer performs several diagnostic system status checks termed “START-UP TEST” as illustrated below:

BAROMETRIC SENSOR – PASS

After self diagnostic tests, the analyzer turns itself into the sampling mode. And displays oxygen contents the sensor
is exposed to, the analysis range, the ambient temperature and pressure and the software rev level.

The four (4) pushbuttons located on the front of the transmitter control the micro-processor functions:

Yellow DOWN ARROW

To access the MAIN MENU, press the MENU (ESC) key and the following screen will appear.

This screen show various option available. You can use the UP and DOWN arrow key to move the cursor and
highlight the desired function. After moving the cursor to the desired function, you can press ENTER to get to that
function.

Selection
The GPR-1500-AIS transmitter is equipped with five (5) standard measuring ranges (see specification) and provides
users with a choice of sampling modes. By accessing the MAIN MENU, users may select either the AUTO SAMPLING
(ranging) or MANUAL SAMPLING (to lock on a single range) mode.
