SQUEEGEE SYSTEM
REMOVAL OF SQUEEGEE MOUNT ASSEMBLY
1 Lower the squeegee mount.
2 See Figure 10.2. Disconnect the lower lift Motor pin (I) .
3 Remove the squeegee tool from its mount to allow the needed clearance in removing the mount assembly.
4 Remove the (4) Parallel Arms (J) (two per side) from the squeegee mount Towers (K) as shown. Then remove the Mount Assembly (L) from
underneath the machine.
REINSTALLATION STEPS
1 Position the mount assembly under machine and block up the center of the mount (3” approx.) then reattach arms. Note: Reference Figure
10.2 for the correct orientation of the L & R side arm assemblies and mounting hardware.
2 Install the pin mounting hardware to retain the lift motor to the mount.
3 Remount the squeegee tool and test squeegee for proper water pick-up. See in this manual Squeegee Maintenance for tool adjustment
instructions.
SQUEEGEE LIFT MOTOR REMOVAL
1 Lower the squeegee mount. This will release the load on the mounting hardware (I) (see Figure 10.2) at the lift mount assemble. Remove the
mounting hardware (M) .
2 Remove the rear solution tank panel assembly (lighted lens) secured by (3) screws. This allows access to the lift motor top mounting hardware.
Remove the hardware (N) and disconnect the motor plug. Then pull the lift motor out from underneath the machine.
CAUTION!
See Instruction on setting the lift Actuator Motor before reinstalling.
3 To reinstall follow the above directions in reverse order and test for proper operation.
