If the user submits the answer without doing any rearranging, the sequence on the slide is accepted as the answer.
Note: Sequence questions are not 508 compliant.
To create a new sequence slide:

Open an Adobe Captivate project.
2 Select the slide that should precede the new question slide. For example, click slide 6 to make the new question
slide be slide 7.
3 Select Quiz > Question Slide.
The Question Types dialog box appears
4 Select Sequence, and then click Graded Question or Survey Question.
5 In the Name box, type the name for the question as you want it to appear on the slide.
6 In the Question box, type the question as you want it to appear on the slide. (You’ll type the list that corresponds
to the question in a later step.)
7 Enter a number or use the arrows to give the question a point value. Maximum is 100 points, minimum is 0.

In the Answers area, click Add, and enter the list of answers in the correct order. During presentation, the
answers are shown in a random sequence. If necessary, click Delete to remove an item from the list.

From the Style pop-up menu, select Drag Drop if you want users to drag answers, or select Drop Down if you
want users to select answers from pop-up menus.
Tip:You can change from the drag-and-drop format to the pop-up menu format after you have created the slide by
changing the properties of the question slide.
10 From the Numbering pop-up menu, select a numbering style.
11 Select the Options tab.
12 From the Type pop-up menu, select whether the question will be graded or is a survey.

(Optional) To include Clear, Back, and Skip buttons on the question slide, select these options.

Complete the If correct answer area. The following are the options:
Show Correct Message
Provide a text message when the user supplies a correct answer. Clear this option to
provide no feedback for a correct answer.

Click the desired action or destination to follow the user’s last attempt. You can choose from the
