CRANKCASE, CRANKSHAFT

Rotate the bearings to check if any

abnormal noise or loose.

•

Use special tool if need to pull out

the bearings.

Replace complete crankshaft assembly if
necessary.

Crankcase assembly

•

Press in the oil seal for L/R

crankcases and do not damage the
inner part of the seals.

•

Install the cam-chain into L

crankcase.

•

Install the crankshaft into L

crankcase.

Beware not to damage the oil seal by
install the cam-chain.

•

Install dowel pins and new gasket.

＊

Setup the L crankcase on the bottom
and install the R crankcase.
