CRANKCASE DISASSEMBLY

•

Remove the cam-chain tensioner by

unscrew the fixed bolt.

•

Use special tool to pull out the kick-

start driven gear.

Take-off 2 bolts on R crankcase.

•

Disassembly L/R crankcase.

＊

Do not damage the gasket area of the
crankcases. This will avoid the oil
leaking after assembly.

•

Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
