CYLINDER, PISTON

Cylinder Installation

•

Put the dowel pins and gasket on top

crankcase.

•

Cylinder inside surface, piston, and

piston rings must be greased with oil.

•

Beware of the pressure from piston

ring and install into cylinder.

＊

Be careful not to damage or band the
piston ring.

＊

The opening section of piston rings
should not be the same with piston pin
and set into 120

to each other.

•

Install 2 bolts of the cylinder.

•

Install cam chain guide comp.

＊

The cam-chain guide comp. should be
put into correct position of cylinder.

•

Install cylinder head.

•

Tie-up the nuts and bolts on camshaft

holder and cylinder head cover.
