Driver Installation

Driver Installation on Windows NT

Windows NT may ask to install a LAN driver from its own library of drivers.
We recommend you to manually update the LAN drivers, which come
with the ADLINK CD to guarantee compatibility. After installing Windows
NT, please update to the new driver by following these procedures.

1.

Boot Windows NT.

2.

The driver is included in the ADLINK CD. Run the

Setup.exe

under the following directory:

X:\CHIPDRV \LAN\82540EM \NT4.0

.

3.

Click

Install now

button on Installation instructions screen to

install drivers.

4.

After installing, click

Restart now

button to restart the system.
