Switch Description 

CN16 Reset (Pin 15 & 16) 

NuPRO-840

 

has a circuit that monitors system power and provides the 

PWROK signal to the 82801BA.  This circuit distributes the reset to the 
rest of the board by generating the CPU, PCI and IDE resets. This board 
also can be reseted by an external switch that is connected to an onboard 
header.  Res et is discussed in more detail in Chapter 4.

If the CMOS contents need to be cleared, short pins 2 and 3 of JP1 and 
return it to normal operation position after about 2 seconds.
