cPCI-6910 Series

Installing the CompactFlash

Card Slot

Depending on your selected configuration, the cPCI-6910 comes
with an optional DB-6910CF accessory kit that allows installation
of an internal CF card slot instead of a hard disk drive. Compact-
Flash

storage is required by some industrial applications

because of its resistance to vibration and convenient installation/
replacement.

To install the CF card slot:

1. Install two DB-6910CF standoffs.

2. Insert the CF card to the DB-6910CF slot.
