BIOS Setup Utility

Leading

EDGE COMPUTING

8.3.13 USB Configuration

You can use this screen to select options for the USB Configura-
tion. Use the up and down < Arrow > keys to select an item. The
screen is shown below.

Legacy USB Support

Enables legacy USB support. Auto option disables legacy sup-
port if no USB devices are connected. Disable option will keep
USB devices available only for EFI applications. Set this value
to Enabled/Disabled/Auto.

USB Precondition

Enable/Disable precondition work on USB host controller and
root ports for faster enumeration.

XHCI Mode

Set the mode of operation of the xHCI controller.

EHCI1/EHCI2

Controls the USB EHCI (USB 2.0) functions. One EHCI con-
troller must always be enabled.

USB Mass Storage Driver Support

Enable/Disable USB Mass Storage Driver Support.
