Debug Switches (SW4/9/11, SW_IPMCDEG1/SW_MOD2)

Switches SW4/9/11, SW_IPMCDEG1 and SW_MOD2 are for
debugging purposes and should be left in the default settings
(all OFF).

Switch SW_MOD1 is for debugging purposes and should be left
in the default settings (all OFF).

NOTE:

On the CT-6530BL Conduction Cooled Blade, the SW_MOD1
default settings are 1 OFF, 2 ON.
