PMC/XMC Installation

The cPCI-6530BL series provides space to install PMC or XMC
module(s). The cPCI-6530BL provides 2 PMC/XMC sites and the
cPCI-6530BLV has 1 PMC/XMC site. The instructions below show
the cPCI-6530BLV. The same procedure is used to install a sec-
ond module in the cPCI-6530BL’s second PMC/XMC site.

1. The cPCI-6530BLV’s single PMC/XMC slot is shown

below.

2. Remove the PMC filler plate on the front panel.
