is set 1, 2 ON and 3, 4 OFF by default

to set the front panel RJ-45 COM (CN7) serial port as a stan-
dard RS-232 serial port. The setting can be changed to use
CN7 as an IPMI debugging port. Leave on default settings
unless instructed by ADLINK.
