Protection:
Units should be located in a dry, frost free area.
Ambient temperature:
Units should be sited in a location where the ambient temperature does not
drop below +2°C or 40°C.
3. Key Features
1. Robust, mild steel skid frame:
High quality, powder-coated skid based filtration unit, providing
single-person installation & re-installation, offering the flexibility and potential to move one or more
units from one location to another across multiple locations.

CMX Midi

Pro Assist
option
has been designed to provide complete flexibility across a plant room environment, offering high
performance, pumped sidestream filtration when space is a premium and/orwhere it isn’t possible
to install a filter across-a-pump on any heating or chilled system.
3. Grundfos Vortex Flow & Temperature Sensor (VFS):
The VFS sensor is a combined flow and
temperature sensor based on the principle of vortex shedding behind a bluff body. The VFS sensor
is fully compatible with wet, aggressive liquids, constantly monitoring system flow through the filter
whilst also accurately measuring system water temperature.
4. Grundfos Differential Pressure Sensor (DPS):
The integrated DPS Sensor is attached to the inlet
and outlet flow via capillary tubes and measures the differential pressure between the filter inlet and
outlet, providing alarms to warn about filter servicing requirements and blockages should they occur.
5. ADEY DEK1002 Modbus Controller:
The integrated controller supports Modbus BMS & sensor
connectivity and monitoring capability, with programmable warnings & alarms such as high/low flow
and high/low system water temperature; automatic on/off control, service interval alerts, unit/pump
failure alarms and system data logs, covering servicing, operational hours, total water volume/total
water volume through the unit in the last 24 hours & total pump hours.
6. LED Warning Light & Alarm function:
The integrated warning light will flash and an alarm will sound
when high/low programmable parameter limits are reached during unit operation.
