8. Controller Programming Parameters
DURING NORMAL OPERATION
1.
On initial start-up, the user is required to input the correct
Day, Month, Year, Hour & Minutes
, using
the up and down buttons to cycle to the correct number and pressing ‘SET’ to pass on to the next
parameter. Once the Minutes value is adjusted, hold the SET button to save all Day. Month, Year,
Hour & Minutes settings.
2. The controller will then scroll,
‘ADEY MagnaClean CMX Monitored Filtration v1.0’
followed by a unit
status message:
a) In normal operation with system monitoring and pump running, the display will scroll,
‘Pump
Running’, ‘Unit Filtering’
.
b) In normal operation with system monitoring and pump disabled, the display will scroll,
‘Sensor OK’
.
PARAMETER READINGS - QUICK LOOK
1.
Press
‘UP’, (Button 1)
to display future service date followed by last service date.
2.
Press
‘DOWN’, (Button 3)
to display date followed by time.
3.
Press
‘SET’ & ‘UP’, (Buttons 4 & 1)
to display pressure difference across the filter inlet and outlet.
4.
Press
‘SET’ & ‘DOWN’, (Buttons 4 & 3)
to display current system water temperature.
5.
Press
‘SET’ & ‘MUTE’, (Button 4 & 2)
for current flow reading through the unit.
PROGRAMMING MODES
1. Press
‘UP’ & ‘DOWN’, (Buttons 1 & 3) for 3 seconds
to enter
TIME & DATE PROGRAMMING MODE
TIME & DATE PROGRAMMING MODE
a) Press
‘UP’, (Button 1)
to increase the value.
If held, will cycle through menu options automatically
– release button when desired value is achieved.
b) Press
‘DOWN’, (Button 3)
to decrease the value.
When held, will cycle through menu options
automatically – release button when desired value is achieved.
c) Press
‘SET’
to confirm and move to the next value.
d) To exit time & date programming mode, press and hold the
‘SET’
button.
2. Press
‘SET’. (Button 4) for 3 seconds
to enter
PARAMETER PROGRAMMING MODE
and enter
the appropriate code:
Engineers Menu: 315; Customer Data Menu: 815; Data Logging Menu: 111
NOTE:
If pressed during Power On, controller enters ‘Software Download’.
PARAMETER PROGRAMMING MODE
a) To
cycle through the controller parameters, HOLD ‘SET’
followed by
‘UP’, (Button 4 & 1)
to move
to the next parameter;
HOLD ‘SET’
followed by
‘DOWN’, (Button 4 & 3)
to move to the previous
parameter.
b) Press
‘UP’, (Button 1)
to increase the value.
If held, will cycle through menu options automatically
– release button when desired value is achieved.
c) Press
‘DOWN’, (Button 3)
to decrease the value.
When held, will cycle through menu options
automatically – release button when desired value is achieved.
d) Press
‘SET’, (Button 4)
to enter the password value during password request and to save any
Parameter changes.
e) Press
‘MUTE’, (Button 2)
to reset the pump hours counter.
f) To
exit parameter programming mode
, press and hold the
‘SET’
button.
