Adeunis recommends the use of the LwM2M protocol as it is the
ONLY protocol that minimizes the consumption of the COMFORT
Serenity product and ensures remote operational management.
Description of the MQTT Protocol
MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is an open-source, simple, and
standardized client/server messaging protocol based on a Publish/Subscribe
architecture.
Publication Topic for COMFORT Serenity Product
The user needs to configure the publication topic to be used for publishing the data
of the COMFORT Serenity product.
Any application wishing to communicate with the product must subscribe to this
publication topic.
The name of the publication topic can be modified by the user via the NFC IoT
Configurator application.
Security
To authenticate with an MQTT broker, the COMFORT Serenity product uses a server
CA certificate.
This authentication mode requires switching the product to PARC mode and
downloading a .pem file via the NFC IoT Configurator application.
