2. Special nursing setup(take extensions 3, 12 and 30 as an example)
Special nursing extensions have a priority over high level and common extensions in call, and there is a voice
announcement reporting the extension number and call level. To remove the special nursing setup for an extension,
just select the routing switch of the channel in the special nursing setup status.

High level nursing extensions have a priority over common extensions in call, and there is a voice announcement
reporting the extension number and call level. To remove the high level nursing setup for an extension, just select
the routing switch of the channel in the special nursing setup status.
The mainframe regards all extensions as in common nursing levels by default, and users are not supposed to do
other settings. When the same extension is configured with multiple nursing levels, the mainframe regards the
extension as the highest level of setup.
