select “System” {System Properties window}

select “Device Manager” {device Manager Window}

Select “Ports (COM & LPT)”
You should see the device installed under Ports (COM & LPT) and Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

Note:
You could also run the utility program ACT-IR204UN-ComUtility.exe to detect the COM Port if
your PC runs under Windows XP/Windows 2000. Please refer to Chapter 8 COMPORT UTILITY for
detecting the COM port number of ACT-IR204UN device.
