means

no auto refresh by default.

Session Privilege

This displays the current privilege level of the logged in
user. You can choose to enter another privilege level
using this configuration if you have the Enable
Password for the required privilege levels. The Enable
Passwords for different levels are configurable in the
Management Security web page.
