i) PCB for Inverter Models

Procedure Illustration
1) Remove 3 screws to disconnect the
wires connected to the compressor.
(see CJ_ODU_PCB_004-1)
2) Pull out the connectors (see CJ_
ODU_PCB_004-1)
3) Remove 2 screws to remove the
radiator.(see CJ_ODU_PCB_004-1)
4) Remove the 7 screws and unfix
the 3 hooks and then remove the
main control board.(see
CJ_ODU_
PCB_004-1)
5) Remove 2 screws to remove the
reactor.(see
CJ_ODU_PCB_004-1).
6) Remove 1 screw to remove the fan
motor capacitor(1 screw for each
capacitor).(see
CJ_ODU_PCB_004-
1).
7) Disconnect the wires connected to
main control board. (see CJ_ODU_
PCB_004-2)(for some models)
8) Remove the 2 screws and then
remove the DC motor driver board.

Antistatic gloves must be worn when you disassemble the electronic box.
Note: Remove the air outlet grille(refer to 3.1 Panel Plate) before disassembling electrical parts.
