11 Disassembly
Perform the following steps in reverse order:

Unplug the mains plug (E) .
 Fig. 5 Connecting the cable assembly on page EN - 17

Disassemble the welding torch cable assembly (C) from the central connection (B) and connection for
the extraction hose (A) .
Porous welding seam.
Unclean workpiece surface (paint,
rust, oil, grease). ► Clean the surface.
No shielding gas (solenoid valve
does not open). ► Check the solenoid valve and
replace it if necessary.
 See service manual.
► Check the gas cylinder and
connection, and replace if
necessary.
► Observe the information provided
by the manufacturer.
Insufficient shielding gas. ► Check the shielding gas volume at
the pressure reducer and adjust if
necessary.
 Observe the information
provided by the manufacturer.
► Check the gas flow for loss of gas
with a gas metering tube and
replace if necessary.
► Observe the information provided
by the manufacturer.
No extraction capacity.
Filter is full. ► Replace the filter.


If power is supplied during maintenance, cleaning or disassembly, rotating parts can start running
unexpectedly and lead to injuries from cuts.
► Switch off the device.
► Disconnect all electrical connections.
