11 Disassembly
Perform the following steps in reverse order:

Unplug the mains plug

Disassemble the welding torch cable assembly
and connection for

Unclean workpiece surface (paint,
rust, oil, grease).
► Clean the surface.
No shielding gas (solenoid valve
does not open).
► Check the solenoid valve and
replace it if necessary.
See service manual.
► Check the gas cylinder and
connection, and replace if
necessary.
► Observe the information provided
by the manufacturer.
Insufficient shielding gas.
► Check the shielding gas volume at
the pressure reducer and adjust if
necessary.
Observe the information
provided by the manufacturer.
► Check the gas flow for loss of gas
with a gas metering tube and
replace if necessary.
► Observe the information provided
by the manufacturer.
No extraction capacity.
Filter is full.
► Replace the filter.
Differential pressure
switch activates/LED
illuminates.
