10 Troubleshooting
Please observe the attached document Warranty. Please consult your dealer or the manufacturer in case of
doubt and problems.
DANGER
Risk of injury and machine damage when handled by unauthorized persons
Incorrect repair work and changes of the product may lead to significant injuries and machine damage.
The product warranty will be rendered invalid if the unit is handled by unauthorized persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning, fault and repair work may only be carried out by qualified
personnel (in Germany see TRBS 1203).
NOTICE
• Please observe the operating instructions of the welding components, coolant recirculator
iCOOL
(option), wire feeder
iFEED
(option), remote control
iCONTROL
(option) and welding torch.

• No mains voltage on supply socket
• Check the electric system and repair it if necessary
• Plug or supply cable defective
• Replace the defective part
• Have it repaired by the customer service
• Mains fuse blown
• Replace the defective part
• Main switch defective
• Replace the defective part
• Have it repaired by the customer service
No output power (no
welding takes place)
• No start signal
• Check robot output for start
• Check robot interface
• Replace the defective part
• Have it repaired by the customer service
• System overheated
(Overtemperature alarm - yellow LED on)
• Wait for the system to cool down, do not switch off
the system!
• Allowed duty cycle exceeded
No output power (no
welding takes place)
• Connection to ground not carried out correctly
• Make sure that the connection to ground is correct

• Mains voltage outside the range of the allowed
operating voltage (yellow LED on)
• Bring mains voltage again inside the range of the
allowed operating voltage of the power source
• Establish proper connection
• Electronic system defective
• Have it repaired by the customer service
Wrong output power • Wrong selection of the welding process
• Select the correct welding process
• Wrong parameter setting and functions of the
system
• Set the welding parameters correctly
• Potentiometer / encoder for regulating the
welding current defective
• Replace the defective part
• Have it repaired by the customer service
