Stop signal
• Cable assembly mounted
incorrectly

• Stop signal is triggered while the
robot is moving
• Check the installation of the
cable assembly. The cable
assembly must be mounted in the
robot's maintenance position
(Fig. 5) without tensile strain.
Observe operating
instructions for the wire feeder
• Control lead or board defective
• Have it checked and replaced by
qualified personnel
• Cable assembly mounted under
torsion
• Unscrew cable assembly from
feeder and reconnect it free of
torsion
• Connector not connected
• Check connector on the torch
side and wire feeder side
Cable assembly cannot
be inserted in the
iCAT mini
• Plug-in connection and gas hose
still mounted
• Dismantle plug-in connection and
gas hose
• Cable assembly flange is
incorrectly mounted on the release
flange
• Check alignment
Inexact torch reset
• Dirt deposits in the housing
• Remove dirt deposits, clean
housing

Gas loss
• O-ring seal at the liner fitting

• Replace o-ring seal
