6 Operating elements
6.1 Trigger function

Press the trigger on the handle and keep it pressed = contact is made.

Release the trigger = contact is interrupted.

2- or 4-cycle mode depending on the mode of action of the welding power
source.
7 Operation

Open the shielding gas cylinder.

Switch on the power source.

Switch on the coolant recirculator.
4
Rinse the shielding gas lines.

Start the welding process by pressing and holding the torch trigger.

• The ABIMIG
®
XX0/XX5 welding torch must only be operated by
qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, welding power source and welding torch.
