- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Before plugging the appliance in, check that the voltage indicated on the
appliance matches the mains voltage.
- Do not use this appliance for purposes other than those indicated in these
instructions.
- Always check the appliance before use. Never use this appliance if the plug
or lead is damaged, if it is not working correctly, if it has fallen, if it has been
damaged or if the power supply has fallen in the water.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on.
- Certain parts of the appliance may become very hot when said appliance is
operating. Always hold the appliance by its handle.
- Make sure that the power cable is not in contact with the appliance’s hot
parts.
- Make sure that the appliance’s heating plates are clean before use. Do not
use the appliance with styling products (hairspray, gel, wax, etc).
- Only use the appliance on dry hair. Never use the appliance if your hands
are wet.
- If you use the appliance on coloured hair, the heating plates may become
stained. Always consult the distributor before using the appliance on arti-
ficial hair.
- Do not wind the power cable around the appliance.
- Wait until the appliance has cooled down before tidying it away.
- Do not pull on the power cable after use. Always unplug the appliance by
holding the plug.

BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
- Remove all packaging
- Clean the appliance using a slightly damp soft cloth
- Dry the appliance
- Unwind the power cable fully.
OPERATION
1. Plug the appliance into the mains
2. Slide the ON/OFF button to the ON position Once switched on, the LED
will indicate its status and the appliance will heat up to the target tempera-
ture of 180°C.
3. Slide the ON/OFF button to the OFF position to switch the appliance off
then unplug it.
4. To lock the appliance, use the locking button located on the opposite side
to the ON/OFF button.
5. Allow the appliance to cool down for 15 minutes before tidying it away.
WARNING! The MINI straightener becomes very hot, particularly when it
reaches the maximum temperature of 180°C. The straightener must remain
at least 30-50mm from the roots so as to avoid burns.
Avoid any contact (specifically ears, eyes, face and neck) with the hot surfaces
of the MINI straightener. Only hold the appliance by the handle.
Never place the MINI straightener on a cushion, pillow or blanket during use.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Before cleaning, unplug and leave it to cool.
2. Remove any product accumulation using a slightly damp cloth (do not
rub).
3. Dry the appliance after cleaning.
4. Do not use alcohol, acetone, benzene or any abrasive product to clean the
hair dryer since this may damage it. Do not use stiff brushes or metal objects.

motor, the plug or the power cable to water or any other liquid.
