6 Final assembly

6.1 Installation of the motor-drive mechanism

Overview

For information about installation of the motor-drive on the transformer tank, please refer to documentation
from the transformer manufacturer.

Procedure

1.

Install the consoles on the transformer tank, refer to documentation from the transformer
manufacturer.

2.

Install the motor-drive on the consoles.

End of instruction

6.2 Installation of the external drive shafts

Procedure for the horizontal drive shaft

1.

Make sure that there is a horizontal difference of
less than 4° between the spherical shaft-ends.

NOTE!

4° is equal to 70 mm of rise or fall for
every 1000 mm of drive-shaft length.
