Connect 120/240 Single Phase AC Input Section

Verify the charger AC breaker (AC1) is OFF.

Verify AC voltage matches AC Input per
charger label with a meter.
3.
Bring AC wires into the AC Input Box in
conduit through one of the

Connect Ground wire (green /green

yellow) to lug.

Insert into ground lug.

Tighten lug screw securely.
d.
Pull wire to verify.
5.
Connect each AC wire to the
terminal block in the AC Input Box.
AC terminal connections are labeled at
each position

Insert into terminal block.

Torque screw to 13 in
