Replacing the drive module with H381
WARNING! Obey the safety instructions in chapter Safety instructions . If
you ignore them, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur.
•
Handle the drive module carefully:
•
Use safety shoes with a metal toe cap to prevent foot injury.
•
Lift the drive module only by the lifting lugs.
•
Make sure that the module does not topple over when you move it on the floor:
Open the support legs by pressing each leg a little down (1, 2) and turning it aside.
Whenever possible secure the module also with chains.
•
Do not tilt the drive module (A). It is heavy and its center of gravity is high. The
module overturns from a sideways tilt of 5 degrees. Do not leave the module
unattended on a sloping floor.
1. Stop the drive and do the steps in section Precautions before electrical work on page
18 before you start the work.
2. To remove the left-hand side upper and lower front covers of the drive module, undoi
the fastening screws. M4×10 combi screws, 2 N·m.
For drive modules with an internal control unit (P905) and control panel
(J414): Remove the control panel and the control panel cable from the internal
control unit.
3. Disconnect the drive module busbars from the input cabling panel. Combi screw M12,
70 N·m (52 lbf·ft).
4. Disconnect the drive module busbars from the output cabling panel. Combi screw
M12, 70 N·m (52 lbf·ft).
5. Remove the front air baffle.

•
Disconnect the drive module from the LCL filter module.
•
Undo the screws that attach the drive module to the cabinet frame,
•
Attach the extraction ramp to the cabinet base with two screws.
