Charging batteries in car

Switch off  the s-max.

Connect the voltage converter 

in the vehicle. Connect to the 

s-max via the charger.

Switch on the voltage 

converter. Warning tone = low 

voltage!

LED green = battery full

LED is red = battery is being 

charged.

 Note by the manufacturer: 

The charger automatically changes over to trickle charge mode 

once the battery pack is fully charged. To compensate for the self-discharge of the battery, the 
purpose of the trickle charge mode is to keep the batteries in a fully charged state. The LED is lit 
green during the trickle charge mode.
