Configuring an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Key

Use the following procedure to configure ACD on the 9480i CT IP Phone. The procedure shows

the softkey screens as an example.

Click

Operation->Softkeys and XML

In the "

" field, select "

Auto call distribution

In the "

Label

" field, enter a label to apply to this ACD key.

In the "

Line

" field, select a line to apply Automatic call distribution. Valid values are

Check (enable) or uncheck (disable) the idle state for this softkey.

Click

to save your changes.
