SCOTT AUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN INSPECTION

At regular intervals or at least annually, the complete SCBA with the SCOTT

EZ-Scape Pro Fire Fighter Self-Rescue Accessory must be inspected and

evaluated by a SCOTT Authorized Technician or Factory Representative in

accordance with the SCOTT Service Inspection Procedure and other pertinent

nationally recognized respiratory protection standards. Any repairs or replace-

ments deemed necessary will be made at that time. The SCOTT Authorized

Technician or Factory Representative shall keep a record of these inspections.
Heavy use of the SCBA equipped with the SCOTT EZ-Scape Pro Fire Fighter

Self-Rescue Accessory and/or severe service conditions may require more

frequent inspection and testing. This recommendation is in addition to all other

cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Retirement criteria and considerations shall be determined by SCOTT trained

and Certified Technicians.
