marked. Certi ¿ cation under Article 10, EC Type-Examination and Article 11, EC Quality Control, has been issued by BSI, Kitemark Court, Davy Avenue,
Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PP, UK (Noti ¿ ed body number 0086).
These respirators have been produced to comply with the requirements of the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1716:2012 under an agreed
production certi ¿ cation scheme operated during manufacture in accordance with the SAI Global StandardsMark programme.

and 609X products is 5 years from date of manufacture. End of shelf life (use-by) date is marked on the product and packaging. The original packaging is
suitable for transporting the product.
