While wearing protective clothing, disposable nitrile gloves, and goggles, follow these steps:
1 Open the right or left Process Chamber door for the Viper Pro to access the RDM.
2 One beam profiler is at the left front corner of the rim; the other is at the right rear corner of
the rim. Refer to “Beam Profilers” for more information.
3 Using the same type of resin that is currently in the RDM, slowly pour the resin in the corner
of the module.
Caution!
Be careful with resin! Pour resin into the corner nearest the Z-stage, or rear of the
RDM, to help the system to recognize quickly whether the overall resin
temperature needs to be adjusted. To reduce bubbles, pour the resin slowly.
4 When the message, “Stop adding resin. Press any key to continue,” is displayed, an audible
beep will sound. Stop pouring the resin immediately.
5 Remove the protective towels from the beam profilers.
6 Close the chamber door.
7 Press any key, or the spacebar, to continue.
